Brenda Velde
Brenda Velde was born June 4, 1951 and is married to David Velde, who is also an attorney at Velde Moore, LTD. They have two children. She is a graduate of Clarissa High School in Clarissa, Minnesota; Concordia College in Moorhead, MN; and is a 1981 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. Brenda has served on the library board in the past and is a member of the American Association of University Women. She also teaches estate planning for community education.Logan Moore
Logan Moore has been practicing law in Alexandria, Minnesota since 2001 and has been a partner at Velde Moore, LTD since 2009. Logan focuses his practice on all chapters of bankruptcy and is admitted to practice before the Federal District Court of Minnesota and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. He has presented at the Bankruptcy Institute for the Minnesota State Bar Association and has conducted other seminars to educate non-bankruptcy attorneys about bankruptcy. Logan received his Juris Doctorate degree from Hamline University School of Law in 2001 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon in 1996. He resided in Fairbanks, Alaska prior to relocating to Saint Paul, Minnesota for law school. Logan lives in Alexandria, Minnesota with his family and is active in the Vikingland Curling Club.David G. David G. Velde was born December 11, 1951 and is married to Brenda Velde, who is also an attorney at Velde Moore, LTD. They have two children. David is a graduate of Maynard High School in Maynard, Minnesota; Metropolitan State University (B.S.); and Hamline University School of Law (J.D.). He served as Deputy Commissioner of Agriculture for the State of Minnesota, developed computer applications for agricultural producers for Control Data Corporation and served as director for public affairs for the Minnesota Farmers Union. He was admitted to the U.S. Federal District Court in 1984 and is a member of the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association. He was counsel for the Rules Committee, Minnesota House of Representatives. He is a past president of the Calvary Lutheran Church Council in Alexandria, Minnesota and a past member of the Board of Trustees of the Board of Social Ministry, ELCA. He was a former member of the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Rural Finance Authority and of First State Bank of Alexandria. David presently serves as general counsel for the National Farmers Union, as well as being the co-owner of Velde Moore, LTD in Alexandria, Minnesota. He currently serves as a United States Bankruptcy Trustee.Jennifer B. Klecker
Jennifer B. Klecker graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis in 2000, where she was an associate articles editor for the Minnesota Law Review. She is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. In 2002, Jennifer moved to Alexandria, where she focuses her practice in the areas of business and civil litigation, business formation, contracts, the sale or purchase of businesses, family law and estate planning. Jennifer has also worked for the Farmers Legal Action Group in St. Paul and is the author of Hogs and Their Keepers: Rethinking Local Power on the Iowa Countryside. Chris Huether graduated from University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis in 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Alexandria Sertoma Club and the City of Alexandria Planning Commission.Chris focuses in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and family law.
